The supreme authority at HQAI

The General Assembly (GA) exercises the general oversight over the organisation. It is composed of the Members of HQAI, extraordinary people with diverse skills and experiences. Some of their responsibilities are to approve the strategy and annual budget, appoint Directors of the Board (BoD) and appoint and revoke members of the Advisory and Complaint Board (ACB).
