Advisory and Complaints Board
The Advisory and Complaints Board (ACB) handles complaints made to or about HQAI and safeguards the rules of impartiality, confidentiality and avoiding conflicts of interests in the work of HQAI. In this function the ACB acts independently from the other corporate bodies.
The members represent solid knowledge and competencies in the fields of the CHS, quality assurance and mediation.
Good to know: HQAI implements and complies with the auditing principles of impartiality, competence responsibility, openness, confidentiality and responsiveness to complaints. We apply these principles in our engagement with all actors along the chain of quality and accountability, an engagement that is annually demonstrated through HQAI’s accreditation against ISO/IEC 17065:2012.
