The application process for our services includes five steps:
Step 1: kick-off the application process by completing the form below.
Step 2: the quality assurance team reaches out to you with the full application form and tips how to complete it.
Step 3: duly fill in the full application form and send it back to HQAI.
Step 4: pay the application fee.
Step 5: The audit contract will be drawn up on the basis of the information provided in the application form and a preliminary analysis by a Senior HQAI auditor. Once the audit agreement letter is signed, we are partners!

What is an application fee?
The processing of your application is conditioned to the payment of a non-refundable application fee (after step 3). This fee will be deducted from the final invoice if your organisation decides to continue with the audit process.
This application fee allows for HQAI to conduct an in-depth analysis of the application and come up with a tailored financial proposal. The fee depends on the size of the organisation (see Registration_fees-2019-09-17).
