Naturally, independent and objective quality assurance has a cost. The good news is that as a not-for-profit NGO, HQAI aims to make its services accessible to all organisations regardless of their ability to pay: check whether your organisation is eligible for subsidies by HQAI Facilitation Fund.
Given the significant diversity amongst aid actors in size, operational scope, operational structure, and context, a single, fixed price for quality assurance services is not appropriate. For CHS audits HQAI applies a costing model using size (number of programmes/projects) as the entry point, completed by various criteria including the complexity and risk profile of the audited partner.
HQAI will offer a detailed cost plan after the application process and the necessary in-depth analysis of each individual case.
