Elomo Andela

Elomo is an international development researcher from Cameroon, specialising in accountability and civil society development effectiveness. She is currently Head of Partnerships at the NGO Collective for Food Security and Rural Development (COSADER).

As policy analyst with an extensive experience in Africa-EU development cooperation, she supports strategic advocacy and communications on sustainable development and regional integration.  Elomo holds an MBA from the University of Wales, Newport, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and International Relations from London Metropolitan University.

I have been a member of the HQAI Facilitation Fund Management Committee since 2022.

I joined HQAI to support the global humanitarian effort at a time of great demand, from the perspective of a performance-driven initiative focused as much on the quality of assistance being delivered to affected communities, as on ensuring aid goes where it is most needed.

For a team that is still quite young, HQAI combines a remarkable level of expertise in the humanitarian field. It is fully engaged in a continuous learning programme aimed at humanitarian actors and the wider development community whilst shaping its own identity as a solution-provider helping to deliver aid services quickly, innovatively and safely.
