Simon has over 15 years experience in senior leadership positions in the Microfinance and Humanitarian sectors. He has a track record of visionary, innovative and transformative leadership, as a Chief Accountant, Finance and Administration manager and a Chief Executive of different institutions.
Simon has expertise in strategy formulation and implementation, business modelling, financial analysis, research and training. He is good at capacity building, organisation development as well as excellent facilitation and mentoring capabilities. Simon holds a Doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship (Social), Master of Business Administration, and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Secretary.
