Mahmoud Hassanin Elsisi

Mahmoud has spent over 15 years fostering quality management principles across humanitarian and business sectors. He has established an extensive knowledge, tried and tested, in the fields of quality management, organisational development and corporate governance. These knowledge areas are currently utilised in his role as Head of Quality and Process Management at Qatar Red Crescent and are regularly built on through additional studies and certifications.

Mahmoud has previously conducted and overseen audits against different standards while undertaking management roles within the SGS group in Egypt, Dubai Government (Customs authority) and Qatar Red Crescent; this provided crucial insight into varying management techniques and proven best practices, enabling him to continue broadening his perspective and understanding. Mahmoud’s dedication to ensuring the highest quality humanitarian operations has grown to encompass all aspects of his work and will continue to be a driving factor throughout his time as an auditor and quality professional.
