Are you a NGO seeking to become an EU Humanitarian or Programmatic Partner?
NGOs will soon be able to apply for EU Humanitarian Partnership Certificates 2028-34. As part of the application process, applicants are required to undertake an ex-ante assessment for which DG ECHO are currently reviewing the Terms of Reference (ToRs).
The ToR is expected to be published in June/July 2026.
DG ECHO continues to support the use of HQAI CHS audit findings to streamline Ex-Ante assessments - i.e. HQAI CHS audit findings can be leveraged to answer a large parts of the Ex-Ante assessment.
HQAI invites interested stakeholders to a webinar to understand how HQAI CHS audits help streamlining Ex-Ante Assessments, saving time, reducing costs, and avoiding duplication.
