(EN - Automated translation from french) The HQAI audit was a truly valuable experience for us at CREDO, as a development and humanitarian organisation. At the start of this organisational audit, we saw it as a great opportunity, especially after having joined the CHS (Core Humanitarian Standard) two years earlier, with the aim of eventually achieving certification. The exercise not only confirmed the gaps identified in our self-assessment carried out a few months prior, but also revealed new shortcomings through an external perspective. Throughout the process, the auditors demonstrated genuine attentiveness and support, accompanying our organisation every step of the way. We commend the professionalism and objectivity of the evaluation team and remain confident that this rewarding journey will open new doors and opportunities for us.
