Quality, Accountability, Transparency
My transition into auditing stems from a firm belief that the humanitarian and development sectors must move beyond theoretical commitments to the concrete application of quality and accountability standards. Having seen the impact of these standards from both the field and headquarters levels, I am convinced that external verification and certification are among the most powerful tools available to trigger genuine organisational improvement.
I became an auditor because I am driven by a curiosity to understand how different organisations—regardless of their size or origin—operate and adapt. I believe in the universal nature of the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) and its ability to provide a common language for excellence. My goal is to provide a fresh, focused perspective that translates audit criteria into actionable work plans, helping organisations direct their resources more effectively and, ultimately, ensuring that their work remains centered on the rights and dignity of the populations they serve.
