The application process helps us to get to know you
Thank you for your interest in our services. Please carefully read the information below before filling in the application form and reach out to us with any remaining questions.
The application is a first step towards setting up a partnership between your organisation and HQAI. Your application form will provide us with a first set of information and allows us to identify the right service for your organisation, the scope and methodology of the audit.
Filling in this form is not a formal enrolment in one of our services, but it is a declaration of your intention to follow the whole process of one of our services. Your organisation is free to opt out, for any reason, at any time, until a formal contract is signed between the organisation and HQAI. The processing of this application is, however, conditioned to the payment of a non-refundable processing fee (see below).
The audit contract will be drawn up on the basis of the information provided in the application form and a preliminary analysis by a Senior HQAI auditor.
Before starting the application process
Which service would you like to apply for?
Make sure you have understood what our different services entail (see services). Note that your choice is not final at this stage of the process, but this guidance helps you to identify which service would suit your organisation best.
Do you need financial support to pay for an audit service?
HQAI’s Subsidy Fund can cover up to 90% of the audit cost to support organisations for which costs would be a barrier to our services. Please read the following documents to find out whether you are eligible for a subsidy.
What is the application fee?
The processing of your application is conditioned to the payment of a non-refundable application fee. This fee will be deducted from the final invoice if the organisation decides to continue with the audit process.
By submitting the application form, the organisation agrees to be invoiced for the application fee. Nevertheless, the organisation is free to opt out, for any reason, until a specific contract is signed between the organisation and HQAI.
This application fee allows for HQAI to conduct an in-depth analysis of the application and come up with a tailored financial proposal. The fee depends on the size of the organisation (see Registration_fees-2019-09-17).
What happens after the submission of an application form?
The payment of the application fee will allow HQAI to review the application, launch a specific sampling process and identify the adequate methodology of the audit. This in turn will constitute the basis for a tailored financial and methodological proposal for the required service.
We will review the submitted application form, acknowledge its reception and will get back to you, probably asking for further information.
Applications can be submitted by individual organisations or by Groups applying under the Group scheme.
