Tevegee joined HQAI in October 2021 as an Executive Assistant. Before HQAI she was involved in banking and HR in the field of skills management for the reintegration of people with disabilities.

Her main core study is business management where she holds a diploma in business and finance, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Line Management certificate

In her last position she:

  • Performed as Commission controller with financial analysis in varied areas in the insurance broker industry. Her role was to coach, support and monitor the finance team in the brokerage activity.
  • She was part of the senior management team for training and IT development.
  • She was involved in the Diversity and Inclusion project management team within the HR department.

Learning HQAI audit and processes

Putting people at the centre in the humanitarian sector, helping get better aid for the people in need through its services, and improve quality and accountability.  HQAI is a learning curve that is growing at all times and which is getting more and more recognised. Its multicultural working environment gives it a very interesting dynamic buzz. HQAI’s team is lively, passionate and supportive. That is why I like working for HQAI.
